The curriculum that is taught is a synthesis, or hybrid, of several martial arts. These martial arts form the nucleus for the CAl student, which trains him to deal with realistic situations, from armed attackers to single and multiple assailants. Rayas JKD/Kali/Silat covers various drills and tactics such as basic/advanced footwork for attack and defense, long/medium range punching and kicking, close-quarter knees and elbows, joint locks and cranks, takedowns, stick/knife disarming, awareness drills, and full-contact weapons sparring. Everything learned from this curriculum is very useful in dealing with realistic situations focusing on a practical approach to self defense.

CA martial arts walks students through stick/blade/empty hand training drills for the use of also developing a wide range of skills for all 3 fighting ranges.
