Sifu/Guro Michael Rayas has been teaching martial arts for
over 20 years. For the past 15 years Michael has been teaching as

University of California Santa Barbara.

During his years of teaching Michael has competed, fought and won
various competitions in semi-contact karate, kickboxing and
full-contact stick fighting. He has also trained and coached students
in various full contact competitions. One of Michael's highlights was
being part of the National Muay Thai Kickboxing team, where he fought
for over two years.
Michael has studied and established himself under such world calss
instructors and groups as:

- Guru Ted Lucaylucay (Temijin Kali/JKD Association)
- Master Topher Ricketts (Ilustrisimo/Bakbakan Org.)

Today Michael continues to teach in Santa Barbara to a small, select
group (closed-door) ranging up to no more than five students at a time,
each evaluated in a one-on-one format.
